West Ham United are believed to be lining up a January move to sign a central defender from one of our London rivals.
With the January transfer window nearly upon us, West Ham manager David Moyes is expected to make one or two new additions to his squad.

One area in particular at the London Stadium where the Hammers boss may well be keen to strengthen is his centre-back department.
Kurt Zouma continues to struggle with fitness problems, whilst Angelo Ogbonna is on the wrong side of 35.
Meanwhile, Konstantinos Mavropanos is still unproven in the Premier League and Nayef Aguerd is error-prone at times.
Jonathan Tah of Bayer Leverkusen is believed to be a transfer target for West Ham in the January window.
But it now appears as though Moyes could be ready to look a little closer to home…

I think that the 26-year-old Fulham man would be a smart addition to Moyes’s ranks and interestingly, Moyes actually tired to bring him to the London Stadium earlier this year in January.
He is a top-class central defender and has the ability to play at the very highest level.
Back in 2016, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola absolutely raved about a then 19-year-old centre-back, as quoted by Sky Sports:
“One or two months ago, when we finished the season, I was sent a lot of highlights about the academy players; about Tosin, Brandon Barker, Bersant Celina, Manu Garcia and Aleix Garcia. We had an idea about them and trained with them all pre-season. Tosin has a lot of steps to get him better. It’s not done, but he has all the quality. He is fast, strong in the air, and has the quality to look forward behind the line for the next pass. He definitely has a future in the first team.”
Standing at 6ft 5in tall, Tosin Adarabioyo is an absolute giant, and he’d be yet another big threat for us from set-pieces.
West Ham need to bolster our defensive ranks in January in my view, and the Fulham man would be a very decent option for us indeed.
