West Ham-mad manager spotted outside press room at Everton loss v Chelsea – report

West Ham-mad manager spotted outside press room at Everton loss v Chelsea – report, Everton: Will Still spotted at Stamford Bridge during Toffees loss v Chelsea

Reims manager Will Still was spotted at Stamford Bridge as Everton were beaten 6-0 by Chelsea on 15 April, according to the Daily Mail.

The Mail reported on 16 April that the Englishman was seen outside of the press room at the Blues’ stadium following Cole Palmer’s four-goal haul as the Blues ran riot against the Toffees.

Sorry, We REALLY Need To Talk About FFP

The 31-year-old Englishman is a West Ham fan and has been linked with a move away from his Ligue 1 employers.

Could Will Still replace Sean Dyche at Everton?

Pressure is growing on Toffees boss Sean Dyche, with the club just two points clear of the relegation zone – albeit with a game in hand – following two points deductions and a poor run of form.

Still, meanwhile, is a highly regarded young manager – though, at the age of just 31, he is unusually young for a head coach.

His first job as a manager came when he was only 24, taking charge of Belgian second-tier side Liese before taking over at top-tier outfit Beerschot in 2021 just over three years later.

Both those positions were short-term, but he has held the top job at French side Reims since October 2022 and led the club to an 11th-placed finish. They have kicked on this term and sit eighth after 29 games, just four points off fifth-placed Nice and Europa League qualification.

The off-field turmoil surrounding Everton does not make for a forgiving environment for any manager, particularly one so young, but Still has demonstrated a knack for producing results even amid turbulence.

    Everton Sean Dyche

Everton and Sean Dyche have faced an unprecedented number of challenges this season if the Everton hierarchy do choose to replace Dyche with Still, it will be a bold decision.

In other Everton news, Simon Jordan has dismissed the idea that Toffees players can excuse themselves for the performance at Chelsea.
