TOTTENHAM ARE SET TO FINALIZE THEIR SQUAD FOR THE FIRST HALF OF THE 2023/24 PREMIER LEAGUE SEASON WITH THE DEADLINE COMING UP THIS AFTERNOON
Every Premier League club will prepare to submit a list of their 25-man squad following the arrivals and outgoings from the summer transfer window, with a maximum of 17 non-homegrown players allowed in each team.
It means the players named by Ange Postecoglou and his staff will now be the only ones capable of being used in the Premier League until the January transfer window opens.
That month will allow Spurs to make any adjustments they feel necessary to their squad and in turn their squad list in order to have a better chance at staying in their current position of second in the league table.
However, there are players who can play for the club’s senior side without being named on the list. As long as a player is under the age of 21 (born on or after January 1, 2002), then they will be able to freely play for the senior side without being on the squad list.
Therefore soccer4u has provided a list of our own to highlight which talented young players Spurs won’t need to include on their squad list this afternoon…
