Felipe Anderson is firmly on the radar of West Ham in the January transfer window, with a surprise London Stadium return on the cards for the Brazilian.
Hammers boss David Moyes sold the 30-year-old to Lazio for around £3 million in the summer of 2021, and we apparently included a 50% sell-on clause in the deal.
Since Anderson rejoined Lazio nearly three years ago, he has bagged 21 goals and 24 assists (Transfermarkt).
The South American forward hasn’t lost his pace and seems more like the player who impressed so much during his debut season with West Ham.
Now it seems like Moyes could be set to bring him back to the London Stadium…

Tuttomercatoweb claim that the Serie A side are patiently awaiting an offer from the Hammers for the winger this month.
Anderson will be out of contract with Lazio in the summer, and it was recently claimed that if the Italians are to sell him this month, they will demand around £17 million.
I can’t see West Ham re-signing the 30-year-old on a free transfer in the summer, let alone for £17 million this month!
Moyes got rid of him for a reason and we have to remember that the Scot is a very, very stubborn man!
That’s not to say that I would be against Felipe Anderson returning to West Ham this month, we could actually really do with him.
With all of our starting attacking trio currently out injured, Moyes needs to bring in some attacking reinforcements.
We could do a lot worse than re-signing the Brazilian on a short-term deal, but I can’t envisage a scenario whereby Moyes essentially admits he was wrong and brings him back to East London in January.
