David Moyes watched his side slump to a 2-0 defeat against Fulham yesterday, which left fans incredibly frustrated.

It was the same old story for West Ham, who failed to show the ambition and attacking prowess of a top half Premier League side playing at home.
Of course, that’s not even a title anyone at the club will desire, they want to be a team who are regularly in the top six.
And under Moyes’ stewardship it seems as if the club is at a crossroads, do they continue to enjoy a mix of success and frustration if it almost guarantees nothing terrible can happen?
Or do they roll the dice and open up the possibility for all outcomes?
That seems to be the way Moyes’ future is deemed, and what any possible replacement could mean.
That being said, Simon Jordan has just shared what he’d be saying to David Moyes right now he was the decision maker at West Ham.
Simon Jordan thinks West Ham should ask David Moyes to play better football speaking on the ‘Simon & Souness’ podcast, Jordan thought the West Ham owners would be well within their own right to ask for better football.
He explained: “I would have a conversation with him, I would say is there any fairness in their observations?
“Is there a question, is it unreasonable for me as an owner to improve the entertainment at games and make it a bit easier on the eye?
“If David Moyes turned round to me and said with due respect make your decision, a flair team which get you dragged to the bottom of the league because we look better on the ball but end losing games because we are too open or by the way chairman you give me a whole bundle of money more and I’ll give you results.
“I’m more likely to say to the manager I think we are doing okay and if people don’t like it, they will like it even less if we are in the Championship.”
Could West Ham tempt Thomas Tuchel to East London?
Of course, Jordan’s conclusion that it may just be best to keep Moyes at West Ham probably won’t please a large proportion of fans.
Whilst the club’s supporters remain grateful for what Moyes has done, there’s a real penchant for change.
Would it be completely unrealistic for the club to target a name like Thomas Tuchel in the summer? He was thought to have enjoyed his time in London in the past, and could be a good fit to work alongside Tim Steidten, who is said to be unhappy at the club.
Personally, I’m a big admirer of what David Moyes has achieved at West Ham, but perhaps the summer does represent a big opportunity for change and further progress.
There’s unrest among fans for a reason, and a manager of Thomas Tuchel’s calibre could take all of Moyes’ excellent work to the next level.
All that being said, it seems West Ham could be back in the running to sign one international this summer.
