West Ham United look likely enter into the loan market rather than making more permanent signings in the winter window.
The Hammers are spent up after using the Declan Rice money plus a bit in the summer but have now established a squad capable of competing on every front this season,
We clearly need a left back given this is injured Aaron Cresswell’s probable last season and we will need a striker given Mike Antonio’s age.
But it seems that both positions will need to wait until next summer with the squadcurrently in good shape.
We remain in Europe, are looking good in the Premier League, take on Arsenal in the Carabao Cup and have the FA Cup competition to come.
It certainly isn’t impossible that Moyes could move in the loan market in both the left back and striker positions will have to wait as the winter window is never a great time to bring in players
