Fabrizio Romano has claimed a manager Tim Steidten wants at West Ham could be set for London rivals Crystal Palace instead.
David Moyes is experiencing a sense of deja vu right now at West Ham.
His job is once again said to be on the line.
And reports are claiming the Scot has four games to save his West Ham future.
The only manager older than Moyes in the Premier League, ex England boss Roy Hodgson, is facing a similar situation at Crystal Palace.
The two elder statesmen are feeling the heat from Hammers and Palace fans.

And both West Ham and Crystal Palace are said to be considering managerial changes.
But if a reports are accurate, it seems the Eagles have swooped to beat the Hammers to one of the men on their alleged shortlist.
Because Fabrizio Romano claims a manager Tim Steidten wants at West Ham could be set for Crystal Palace.
According to The Telegraph overnight, German technical director Steidten has a name well known to West Ham fans on his list – Oliver Glasner.
Hammers to miss out on old foe?
The Austrian managed Eintracht Frankfurt to victory over the Hammers in the Europa League semi-final two seasons ago.
And it was claimed by Telegraph journalist Matt Law that out of work Austrian Glasner is on West Ham’s list to potentially replace Moyes.
Now if Palace have their way, though, according to Romano.
The well known football ITK has taken to social media to claim Glasner is instead set to take over from Hodgson at Crystal Palace.

And he could be offered a contract today.
“Crystal Palace are expected to part ways with Roy Hodgson after very positive talks with Oliver Glasner,” Romano claims on X.
“Glasner wants the job, more to follow on contract and details today.”

Steidten will be well aware of Glasner’s talents and approach from his time in Germany.
And the fact Glasner was on the Hammers director’s list suggests he is a manager willing to cede responsibility for transfers to a higher power.
That certainly ties in with the way Dougie Freedman and Steve Parrish operate at Palace.
