Unamed West Ham United new signing to live on ‘Billionaire’s Row’ with family set for move to London
One of the newest West Ham signings has signed up to a £7,000 per week rental agreement as he is moving to London with his family, according to The Standard.
Speaking to the news outlet on Thursday (21 December), Oliver Kent at Vita Properties, who oversaw the deal, said the unnamed player has opted for the nine-bedroom mansion on The Bishops Avenue, dubbed “Billonaires’ Row”.
He added that the international player is moving to the property in North London because the previous tenant was a friend and fellow footballer.
Comfort
It doesn’t come as much of a surprise to hear that one West Ham player has signed up to this agreement as he looks to provide a comfortable life for his family in London.
It can be a daunting move for players and their families to make the switch to the English capital due to the fast-paced lifestyle and a potentially different environment to what they have previously known.

While it is a decent chunk of change, it’s still a reasonably small amount for a Premier League star to fork out given what the players earn these days.
The area has become a popular spot for players to live in recent years, with Olivier Giroud, Hugo Lloris and Mesut Ozil amongst those who have lived there.
It’s unclear which of the recent Hammers signings it could be, but as long as it helps them settle and ensures that their performances aren’t impacted, then it doesn’t really matter how much they spend on their living arrangements.
