The top source inside West Ham told Hammers News back in November that the club intended to be active in the January transfer window.
Some West Ham fans are growing concerned by a lack of progress in the transfer market with two weeks remaining until the window closes.

Particularly given the Hammers were already intending to bring players in BEFORE David Moyes was denied the services of a string of key players.
At the weekend there was mixed transfer news from the top source at West Ham again when speaking to us on Hammers News.
We were told nothing is close ‘at the moment’ but the club is ‘looking everywhere’ for signings.
Now another two can be added to the list.

Moves touted for Jota and Osman
Jota was sold to Saudi club Al-Ittihad by Celtic but has not been included in their squad due to overseas players rules. That’s despite being on a reported £200k per week there.
Osman is Ghanaian forward who can operate across the forward line and either wing.
“West Ham United are keeping an eye on the situation of Jota from Al-Ittihad,” Sheth said.
“Remember he signed for £25m from Celtic last summer. We understand he’s on £200,000 per week but when the Saudi window closed he hasn’t made the squad at Al-Ittihad at all. So I think West Ham are just having a look at that situation potentially later in the window to see if a deal could be done.
“Another player they’re looking at is Ibrahim Osman from Nordsjaelland, he’s a winger, 19-years-old. He’s a product of the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, the same academy that Mohammed Kudus graduated from.”
