Liverpool v West Ham | Lineup announced – 2 changes. West Ham’s annual trip up to Anfield always prompts memories of August 2015 and the vain hope of a similar result, the blind optimism usually evaporates within the first half an hour. However, under Graham Potter, the Hammers have already upset the form book with an away victory at Arsenal so ‘never say never’ as Potter chooses his squad to try and repeat the feat.
All of the expectation is that the Hammers’ Manager will revert to the 3-5-2 defensive set up from the start which would mean no starting place for Niclas Fullkrug – who would presumably take on the ‘supersub’ role again.
The line up has just been released and it is as follows:
West Ham United
Areola | Wan Bissaka, Todibo, Kilman, Mavropanos Scarles | Ward Prowse, Soler, Paqueta | Kudus, Bowen
