Sunderland make Dan Neil decision amid West Ham interest
The 23-year-old heads up a list of targets the Hammers are interested in signing before the 3 February deadline but Sunderland are likely to stand firm [Alex Crook].
The Irons are stepping up their efforts to bring the midfield ace to East London but that may prove difficult with the Black Cats sitting fourth in the Championship.

The Gers have no purchase option in their deal for the Czechia international which will see the winger return to the Bundesliga at the end of the season.

West Ham table pre-contract agreement to Angel Gomes
A pre-contract agreement has been tabled to Lille star Gomes who is set to be on the move when his contract expires at the end of the season.
The Irons boss wants the England international at the London Stadium which has sparked the Hammers hierarchy into making an offer during the January window.
