West Ham United fans are bracing themselves for a busy weekend on the transfer front, with the potential of three new signings arriving soon. The Hammers went into August having already completed three signings in Luis Guilherme, Wes Foderingham and Max Kilman.
However, over the past few days, West Ham have been spinning numerous players transfer-wise, and they are all nearing completion. For instance, Crysencio Summerville is now expected to sign for the Hammers, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that it’s “all set”.
Likewise, Niclas Fullkrug and Guido Rodriguez are said to be on the way to West Ham in order to undergo their medicals ahead of joining. And that’s not all. Romano has reported that West Ham are also pushing to make another signing on top of this imminent triple swoop.
West Ham still pushing for Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Romano has taken to X to claim that the Hammers are “trying to advance” in their pursuit of Manchester United ace Aaron Wan-Bissaka. West Ham are “still not giving up” on the 26-year-old full-back, both in terms of club-side talks and player-side discussions.
The Red Devils also seem eager to move Wan-Bissaka on as it will enable them to swoop for Noussair Mazraoui, added Romano.

While Romano suggested that West Ham still have work to do player-side, Florian Plettenberg recently reported that the Hammers have in fact reached an agreement with Wan-Bissaka.
According to the Sky Sport Germany journalist, the Hammers reached a verbal agreement with the Red Devils player earlier this week, over a contract set to run until 2029.

West Ham looking to sign the ‘best in the world’ at 1v1 defending
West Ham could certainly do with bolstering their right-back ranks, and Wan-Bissaka would be a good shout.
He’s talented, experienced, fast, superb defensively, and notoriously difficult to get past when it comes to one-on-ones.
Former Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer once called Wan-Bissaka “one of the best one-against-one defensive full-backs in the world”.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur’s James Maddison deemed him “probably the best in the world bar none” when it comes to one-on-one defending.
AWB is ridiculously good at 1 v 1 defending. Probably the best in the world bar none. So many wingers run out of ideas when playing directly against him.
West Ham look set to make a triple swoop in the market, but if all goes well, it could well turn into a quadruple swoop.
