Newcastle United have added Jarrod Bowen to a three-man shortlist of potential right-wing signings this summer, sources have told Soccer4U.
Soccer4U reveals the West Ham star is joined on the list by Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams and Leeds United’s Crysencio Summerville.
Eddie Howe is believed to be targeting a new right winger as well as a striker and a central defender ahead of the transfer window reopening.
The Newcastle boss appears to have already got his wish in terms of drafting in a new centre-back after Soccer4U revealed on 7 June a deal has been agreed to sign Lloyd Kelly on a free transfer from Bournemouth.
Our inside source admitted deals for Bowen, 27, Williams, 21, and Summerville, 22, may be harder to complete as the attacking trio could be out of the Tynesiders price range due to their profit and sustainability (PSR) issues.
Bowen is under contract until 2030, while Williams’s deal runs out in 2027 and Summerville is tied down at Leeds until 2026.
