West Ham managerial target Ruben Amorim met with the club as they plan for life after David Moyes, according to Leonino.
The Portuguese news outlet reported on 26 April that Amorim went behind the back of Sporting president Frederico Varandas to fly to London for the interview.
This has led to the club being unhappy despite the Portuguese not really liking the project at the London Stadium.
